Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Atlanta Falcons: Initial Injury Report

Transcript

The Tampa Bay injury report looks long once again this week, after listing 20 players in total from last week’s. An initial injury report would normally come out on Wednesday, but since Tampa Bay practice in preparation for a Thursday Night match-up, it comes out a day after their 33-16 win over Philadelphia.

With a few additions and a couple familiar names on this week’s list, it should be noted that the Bucs are playing it safe with a few of their veteran guys, giving them a day off during this short week.

Injuries to look out for include SirVocea Dennis, who went down with an ankle in yesterday’s game, and Trey Palmer, who took a blow to the head on a punt return in the first half. Both of these guys were injured Sunday and may not be ready to go, especially Dennis, who Todd Bowles said had a “pretty bad” injury.

If both Palmer and Jalen McMillan weren’t able to go Sunday, it would be Sterling Shepard once again being brought on from the practice squad to see plenty of offensive snaps, as well as Kameron Johnson who will continue to have opportunities on this team.

Here is Monday’s full injury report:
