Even after signing his three-year deal in the offseason, Tampa Bay's Baker Mayfield was still questioned by some if he was able to take this Buccaneers team to the next level.

After the unfortunate injury-riddled season, Mayfield has shown all that in his seventh season, his experience and will to win is something special that Tampa Bay isn't used to. Spoiled with the presence of Tom Brady, I believe Baker Mayfield has stepped up for Bucs fans and given us reason to believe he can be the franchise guy moving forward.
